The Leret Partnership
The Leret Partnership is a joint venture between Mole Valley District Council and Kier Group PLC.
As owners of these two strategic town-centre sites, Mole Valley District Council undertook a competitive procurement process and in October 2023 appointed Kier Property as its 50:50 Joint Venture Partner and Development Manager responsible for the redevelopment of both.
